Summary
This study is testing if a simple blood test can help doctors personalize radiation treatment for people with HPV-related throat cancer. The goal is to give patients just enough treatment to control their cancer while reducing harsh side effects. Researchers will assign patients to different treatment groups based on their blood test results and other risk factors to see if less intense radiation is just as effective.
