Could throat cancer signal hidden health risks for partners?
NCT ID NCT06115772
Summary
This study aims to understand if women diagnosed with HPV-positive throat cancer, or the female partners of these patients, have a higher chance of also having high-risk HPV infections or related conditions in the genital area. It will observe 154 participants, who will complete surveys, watch an educational video, and undergo standard screenings. The goal is to gather information to create better education and screening recommendations for this group.
