Summary
This study is testing if giving an immunotherapy drug called atezolizumab before surgery helps treat early-stage throat cancer caused by HPV. The drug aims to help the patient's own immune system attack the cancer. Researchers will give two doses to 20 patients, then check the tumor's response during surgery and monitor patients for two years.
