First seen Jan 07, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 17 times

Summary

This study follows up with 100 people who were part of the ANRS IPERGAY trial to see if certain HPV molecular signatures are linked to high-grade anal lesions or cancer 10 years later. Researchers will use high-resolution anoscopy to check for abnormalities. The goal is to better understand long-term risks, not to test a new treatment.
