Summary
This study is for people with advanced HPV-related head and neck cancer. It tests whether starting with immunotherapy (with or without chemo) can allow doctors to use less intense surgery or radiation later, while still aiming for a cure. The main goals are to see if this approach maintains high survival rates while significantly improving patients' ability to swallow and their overall quality of life.
