Blood test guides safer radiation for throat cancer

Summary

This study is for people with HPV-related throat cancer who need radiation therapy. Researchers are using a blood test that tracks tumor DNA to decide if a lower dose of radiation can be safely given to the neck. The goal is to keep the cancer under control while reducing side effects. About 90 adults will take part in this phase 2 trial.
