New blood test could spot hidden tumors in rare genetic disease

Summary
This study is testing whether a blood test for a protein called hPG80 can help detect neuroendocrine tumors (NETs) earlier in people with a rare genetic condition called MEN1. MEN1 patients often develop tumors in hormone-making glands, and current detection methods are limited or stressful. The study will enroll 297 participants and compare the hPG80 test results with standard imaging to see if it works better.
