Researchers ask: what would get you into a medical trial?
NCT ID NCT06735469
Summary
This study aimed to find out what would make clinical trials more appealing to people from diverse backgrounds, who are often underrepresented in medical research. Researchers surveyed 800 adults across the U.S. about their preferences for things like how results are shared and the convenience of trial visits. The goal is to use this information to design future trials that can recruit a more diverse group of participants, which is essential for making sure new treatments work for everyone.
