Summary
This study aimed to understand how stress and being intoxicated affect a person's choice between alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Researchers recruited 160 regular drinkers and randomly assigned them to different combinations of stress tests and alcohol consumption. Participants then completed computer tasks to see if and how their drink choices changed.
