Can your burger slow down your body clock? science investigates
NCT ID NCT04743271
Summary
This study aims to understand how eating a high-fat diet affects your body's internal clock and its ability to adjust to schedule changes. Researchers will compare how quickly healthy participants' biological rhythms adapt when eating high-fat versus low-fat meals during controlled lab stays. The goal is to gather basic knowledge about diet's impact on circadian rhythms, not to provide treatment.
