Summary
This study looks at why some people with obesity have normal blood sugar while others do not. Researchers will measure how much sugar fat and muscle tissues take up in people with and without insulin resistance. About 90 adults will participate, including lean and obese individuals, and some will repeat tests after losing weight. The goal is to understand the role of fat tissue in blood sugar control.
