Summary
This study aimed to understand how different workout intensities affect brain function in healthy young adults. Twelve participants aged 18-25 tried low, moderate, and high-intensity running sessions, plus a rest session, in a random order. Researchers measured brain chemicals in the blood and tested thinking skills after each session to see which type of exercise had the biggest impact.
