Your dinner could be messing with your sleep: study tests junk food vs. healthy meals

NCT ID NCT07138313

Summary

This study aims to understand how what we eat affects how we sleep and our body's daily functions. Healthy young adults will try two different diets—one unhealthy 'Western' style and one healthier, fiber-rich diet—while researchers measure their sleep, heart rate, blood sugar, and other health markers. The goal is to learn how diet choices influence sleep quality and related body systems like metabolism and heart health.
