Summary
This study looked at how carbamazepine, a drug that can change how the body processes other medications, affects the processing of PF-07248144. Twelve healthy adults took PF-07248144 alone and then with carbamazepine. Researchers measured drug levels in the blood to understand the interaction and check for safety.
