Summary
This study aimed to understand how the body absorbs, processes, and eliminates the experimental drug PF-07104091. It involved 9 healthy adult men who took the drug by mouth and also received a tiny, traceable intravenous dose. Researchers measured how much of the drug entered the bloodstream and how it was broken down and removed from the body in urine and feces.
