First seen Mar 25, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This study tests whether simple, low-cost home repairs to reduce mold and humidity can improve asthma control in children from low-income families. About 80 kids with asthma and their families will be split into two groups: one gets the home fixes right away, the other waits. Researchers will check asthma symptoms, quality of life, and hospital visits after three months.
