Could a hot bath cool down menopause?
NCT ID NCT06192329
Summary
This study aimed to see if taking regular hot baths could reduce hot flashes and improve mood in women going through menopause. It planned to have 100 participants track their symptoms, then take a series of hot baths in a lab while researchers measured their body's response to heat. The goal was to test a potential non-drug alternative to hormone therapy for managing menopause symptoms.
