Summary

This study tests whether elinzanetant, a drug for hot flashes, can also improve blood vessel health in women aged 40-65 with moderate to severe hot flashes and heart disease risk factors. Researchers will measure blood vessel function and inflammation markers. The goal is to see if treating hot flashes can lower heart disease risk.
