New hope for hot flash relief in breast cancer survivors

Summary
This study aims to see if a medication called solifenacin works better than clonidine to reduce hot flashes in breast cancer patients taking hormone therapy drugs like tamoxifen. It will involve 110 women who experience frequent hot flashes. Researchers will compare how well each drug reduces hot flash frequency and severity over three weeks.
