New hope for breast cancer patients: drug combo may cool hot flashes

Summary
This study tests if solifenacin can reduce hot flashes better than clonidine in breast cancer patients taking hormone therapy. About 110 women who have at least 14 hot flashes per week will take one of the two drugs for three weeks. Researchers will track how often hot flashes occur and how they affect daily life.
