Summary
This study looks back at past patient records to see if hospitals that perform a higher number of esophageal cancer surgeries each year have better patient outcomes than hospitals that perform fewer. It will also examine how treatments given before or after surgery affect results. The goal is to gather knowledge that may help guide where patients seek care in the future.
