Summary

This Mayo Clinic study aims to learn how the health of 500 acutely ill patients changes over time while they are in a special hospital monitoring unit. Researchers will closely track vital signs like heart rate and blood pressure to see how they shift when a patient's condition worsens. They will also observe how different medications and IV fluids affect these changes.
