Summary
This study aims to understand if training hospital nurses and assistant nurses about sleep can help patients sleep better during their hospital stay. Researchers are testing a three-part program that includes online education, clinical guidelines, and designated 'sleep nursing champions' at certain hospital units. They will survey both staff and patients to learn how these changes affect sleep quality and nursing practices.
