NCT ID NCT07441603
Summary
This study is testing whether an automated program that gives patients personalized feedback can help them improve multiple health habits. It will enroll about 800 adult patients from a German hospital, regardless of why they were admitted. The program provides tailored advice on smoking, drinking, diet, and exercise over several months, and researchers will track changes in these behaviors for two years.
