Summary

This study is testing whether a special type of physiotherapy using horses can help children with spinal muscular atrophy (SMA). Twenty children, aged 2 to 9, will try both the horse-assisted therapy and a standard therapy to see which one better improves their movement, posture, breathing, and quality of life. The goal is to find better rehabilitation strategies for kids with SMA.
