Summary
This study looked at whether menopausal hormone therapy (MHT) could improve liver health in postmenopausal women. Researchers compared 44 women, with half receiving MHT and half not, over six months. They measured liver fat, function, and markers of scarring to see if the therapy made a positive difference.
