Summary

This study is for women with a rare, slow-growing uterine cancer called low-grade endometrial stromal sarcoma (LGESS). It aims to find out if patients whose cancer is stable after years of hormone therapy can safely stop that treatment for a while, compared to continuing it. The goal is to see if a treatment break improves quality of life without letting the cancer progress.
