Summary
This study follows 34 adults with moderate-to-severe hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) who are taking secukinumab as part of their regular care. Researchers want to see if this treatment can slow or prevent the growth of plaque in the heart's arteries over 12 months. Participants will have heart scans at the start and end of the study to track changes.
