Summary

This study will follow 34 adults with moderate-to-severe hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) who are taking the drug secukinumab as part of their regular care. Researchers want to see if the drug can slow or prevent the buildup of plaque in the heart arteries over 12 months. Participants must have either existing heart plaque or a high risk for heart disease.
