First seen Feb 18, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 14 times
Summary
This study looked at 200 men with early-stage prostate cancer who had robotic prostate removal surgery. It compared a newer technique called the HOOD method with the standard approach to see which one helps patients regain bladder control sooner. The main goal was to measure how quickly continence returned after catheter removal and at 3, 6, and 12 weeks after surgery.
