Summary

This study will test if walking at home for 8 weeks can help people who receive hemodialysis treatment feel better. It will involve 24 participants to see if this simple exercise can reduce common symptoms like muscle cramps, pain, and fatigue, and improve their overall health profile. The goal is to find a safe, easy, and low-cost way to improve daily life for people managing kidney failure.
