Can home workouts ease the struggle to breathe?
NCT ID NCT06636487
Summary
This study is testing two different exercise programs for people with chronic lung diseases like pulmonary fibrosis, asthma, and bronchiectasis. It compares a supervised video-guided program, a self-guided home program, and usual care to see if exercise can help ease breathing symptoms and improve quality of life. The main goal is to see if patients are willing to try these programs and can stick with them.
