Can home workouts match the gym for cancer recovery?
NCT ID NCT07159815
Summary
This study aims to see if a 12-week digital, home-based resistance exercise program is as effective as the same program done in a supervised gym setting for people recovering from cancer treatment. It will enroll 120 participants to compare how well people stick to the program and measure effects on fatigue, muscle strength, quality of life, and other health markers. The goal is to find more accessible exercise options that can help more patients during their recovery.
