NCT ID NCT06374654

Summary

This study aims to find out if a 12-week program of exercises done at home is as effective as going to a physical therapy clinic for treating new, non-insertional Achilles tendon pain. It will involve 56 adults who have had pain for at least 6 weeks. Participants will be randomly assigned to either the home program or clinic therapy and will track their pain and function over a year.
