Home dialysis vs. clinic: which gives kidney patients a better life?

Summary
This study follows 200 people with advanced kidney disease as they start dialysis treatment. Researchers want to understand how quality of life and physical frailty change over the first year, comparing patients who choose home dialysis with those who go to a clinic for treatment. Participants will complete questionnaires and simple physical tests every few months to track their well-being.
