Cancer patients test giving their own treatment at home
NCT ID NCT07191379
Summary
This study is testing whether patients with relapsed multiple myeloma can safely and effectively give themselves a standard cancer treatment (daratumumab) at home. Fifty patients will be trained to self-administer the injection, alternating between receiving it at the clinic and at home over several treatment cycles. The main goal is to see if home treatment is practical and safe, which could reduce hospital visits and give patients more independence.
