Home visits aim to stop TB in its tracks for vulnerable kids
NCT ID NCT07479030
Summary
This study is testing if bringing tuberculosis (TB) prevention services to families' homes works better than asking them to go to a clinic. It will involve 1,300 children in Ethiopia who live with someone who has TB. The goal is to see if home visits by trained health workers help more children start and finish the medicine that prevents them from getting sick with TB.
