Summary
This study tested whether Veterans with traumatic brain injury (TBI) and insomnia could measure their internal 'body clock' from home. Researchers asked 31 participants to wear a wrist device for a week and collect their own saliva samples to see if these methods were practical. The goal was to gather information to help develop more personalized sleep treatments in the future.
