Summary

This study is testing whether a kit of wearable devices and a smartphone app can help people improve their walking and daily activity after a stroke. The kit includes smart insoles for the shoes and a wrist-worn activity tracker, which send data to an app that provides feedback. Researchers want to see if using this monitoring system during a 6-week home exercise program leads to better physical and mental function compared to doing the exercises without the devices.
