NCT ID NCT06410755

First seen Feb 13, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 14 times

Summary

This study tests whether using wearable devices and a smartphone app can help stroke survivors improve their walking and daily activity during a 6-week home exercise program. About 120 adults who can walk but have some disability will be split into two groups: one uses the wearable system (a smart insole, activity tracker, and app), and the other does the same exercises without the gadgets. The goal is to see if the technology boosts physical and mental function, and how satisfied users are with it.
