Summary

This study tests whether a home-based, remotely supervised breathing exercise program is practical and helpful for children with Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD). Twelve children will do the program for 6 weeks, and researchers will measure how well they stick with it and whether their breathing strength improves. The goal is to make respiratory care easier and more accessible for families.
