This study looked at whether adding home-based posture exercises to regular medication could help people with fibromyalgia feel less pain and move better. Fifty-five adults took part. Researchers measured pain, spinal movement, anxiety, sleep quality, and overall well-being. The goal was to see if a simple, no-cost exercise routine could improve daily life for fibromyalgia patients.
