This Phase 3 trial tests whether people with wet age-related macular degeneration can use a home optical coherence tomography (OCT) device to guide when they need eye injections, instead of following a fixed schedule. 600 participants will either receive faricimab injections on a standard treat-and-extend schedule or based on daily home scans.
