Could a dryer, cleaner home be the key to taming childhood asthma?
NCT ID NCT07453667
Summary
This study is testing whether simple, low-cost fixes to reduce mold and humidity in homes can help children with asthma. Researchers will work with 80 families in the Cleveland area, providing home improvements to one group immediately and another group later. They will check if these changes lead to better asthma control, fewer hospital visits, and improved quality of life for the children and their caregivers over three months.
