Summary

This study is testing a new home exercise device designed to help manage knee osteoarthritis. It compares an 8-week program using a special leg dexterity trainer against standard wobble board exercises. The goal is to see if the new device is better at reducing knee pain and improving balance and function for people with this common joint condition.
