Summary
This study is testing a home exercise program designed to improve leg strength and balance in older adults. Researchers want to see if doing specific leg power exercises at home can help people move better and reduce their fear of falling. The study will involve 40 participants who will either do the exercises or continue their normal daily activities for 8 weeks.
