At-Home cervical cancer screening test could save lives
NCT ID NCT06611553
Summary
This study is testing whether people can collect their own vaginal samples for HPV testing as accurately as a doctor can collect cervical samples during a pelvic exam. The goal is to make cervical cancer screening more accessible and comfortable, especially for those who avoid clinic visits. Researchers will compare results from 500 participants who do both self-collection and doctor collection during their standard care appointments.
