First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 30 times

Summary

This study explores whether people living with HIV can receive their long-acting injectable medication at home from a trained friend, family member, or partner instead of going to a clinic. The goal is to make treatment easier to stick with and improve viral suppression. About 1,000 participants will be enrolled to see if this approach is feasible and acceptable.
