Summary
This study looked at whether delivering healthy food to the homes of people with type 2 diabetes who live in rural areas and struggle to afford food can help them manage their condition better. Over 400 adults took part, receiving either standard care alone or standard care plus free home food deliveries. The goal was to see if the food delivery improved blood sugar control, heart health, diet quality, and overall well-being.
