Summary

This study tests whether combining a home exercise program with a non-invasive brain stimulation technique called tDCS can reduce fatigue in people with multiple sclerosis. Sixty participants will be split into two groups: one gets exercise plus real tDCS, the other gets exercise plus a sham (placebo) tDCS. The goal is to see if adding brain stimulation boosts the benefits of exercise alone for managing MS-related fatigue.
